Lightouse Supply Company Returns Policy

All returns must have an approved RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, email toddpeak@yahoo.com. All returns are subject to between a 15% and 25% handling and restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. (unless otherwise noted). Lighthousesupply.com is not responsible for the return shipping costs and an acceptable carrier must be used such as UPS, FEDEX or the USPS. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All approved returns will be credited back within 30 days minus the restocking fee. No credit will be issued for products shipped back without an approved RMA number.

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

The customer must return the product in the original box with sufficient packing material to prevent further damage. The RMA number must be clearly marked and shipping insurance must be obtained. No replacement or refund will be issued without evidence of shipping insurance.

Any return must be shipped back to the following address unless otherwise specified.
